Tofu Burgers Firm Tofu
Other Ingredients Needed: 1 lb. LEASA tofu
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. grated onion
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. oil
Step 1: Mix and mash all ingredients, except oil, together in a bowl.
Step 2: Form mixture into six 3” burgers.
Step 3: Brown on each side in 1 tbsp. oil.
Step 4: Serve hot on a bun either plain or with toppings.
